She looks less angry and more cheerful while beating the shit out of the Admiral, so I figure it's something like him asking for a live demonstration thinking the little loli destroyer is harmless.
On the plus side, he'll HAVE to rely on Ikazuchi for the rest of his life after she's done with him.
The series is Ikazuchi killing Admiral 3 times with martial arts move.
This one is Shoutei (拳底, bottom of the fist), open handed hit with the bottom of the palm (that part connecting to the wrist bone).
The middle is Yama Arashi (山嵐, mountain storm), a judo move... perhaps.
The left, Koou(?) (虎王, king tiger), quick search seems to say it's a move from Garouden.
Looks like the text says Yama-Arashi to me. And yes, it's a judo move. Or so they tell the tale about it as no one has been able to do it beside Saigo Shiro.
