Quotable dialogue? I can't really read it but I get some parts. It's about how he thinks of the girls as normal humans, I think.

Man, this artist sure have a lot of interesting ideas and theories about the Ship-girls, good plots and background too. I'm surprised he's not a professional artist already...
Although it's might be a good thing that he's not. Professional artists working for magazine and whatnot often get "pressured" into using cliché ideas, to "attract the general readers" as they called it. Keep beating the horse without realizing that it is already dead for a long time, or a unicorn if they running out of ideas.
Being a web and/or doujin artist is more suitable for bringing in fresh ideas to the readers, though harder. Least, that what i think.

Wish more Reincarnation manga dealt with it like this. Past is past, and you can learn from it. But you are your own person as well. Those memories lived their life, it's your turn now.
