It was probably post #1710871 then. The user saw "November 2014" on a piece of fan art and thought it was real.

That was less than 24 hours ago, and the rumor has already spread pretty far it seems.

Nope. Devs haven't disclose anything of such kind. That link that was in that certain thread was referring to jeanex's fanarts

I don't want to believe or to expect, since before the USN could even show up (unless the devs will do something) those people who cannot able to increase that shipspace will be murdered by overwhelming number of ships that being added time to time.

still I kinda agree that this is quite a good art.
