More like Flan is just giving the admiral some punishment rather than a rampage. A rampage would already have several casualties.

She's starting with the primary offender. There were girls asking to get naked with the admiral (see Yuudachi). They were next on the shit list.

So.. Even Re with troll stats is in immediate submission against Flan.. Imagine if we fight Flan with KanColle mechanic and ships.. Scary scary..

I honestly think Flan used Yuudachi's 'innocence' to set him up.

I still say she just happened to walk in right after Yuudachi said that, and saw Admiral enjoying this way too much without trying to dissuade them by pointing out he has a lovely wife he wants to keep happy. And bones he wants to stay unbroken.

3rd: if he is lucky he'll wake up in hospital suffering broken bones and many other injuries. If he is unlucky...he'll meet with Shiki and Komachi face to face.

Admiral should bring his daughter to work, so, you know, Flan won't beat him up in front of her child, or helping to explain that her dad didn't do anything wrong...

And she will also have shipgirls to play with too, better than letting her near Koakuma.

I think I know Shiki's judgement of him. Komachi might not appreciate being hit on... maybe.

Bomber: she already prayed for daddy not to cheat on mommy... and he's already doing it. She may well learn from the Abyssal Fleet how to best beat on him too.

EDIT: Mikoto only prayed for them not to fight... but I guess there's only do much the good of the Hakurei shrine can do about humans.

But remember, she had a spy in their midst that was reporting what has been going on. It wasn't just Flan stumbling in on him, she was already pissed. Remember post #1762039? Yeah, Wo-chan was already turned. And seems like she already has another monster shipgirl under her command.
