Should this warrant a "bad_anatomy" tag or an "error" tag?

Her head isn't proportional to the rest of her body. In any case, I'll just add the "bad_anatomy" tag.

Edit: Sorry for the trouble but as I was browsing through the site and checked some tags, I found out that there is a "bad_proportions" tag which seems appropriate for this image. Once again, sorry for making a fuss on an old image.
