    They often portrait her with a scary/creepy/intimidating tone but practically never show the actual deed.

    There was one recently about Flan and Koishi fighting each other, where Flan is seen using her ability. (She even winds up blasting a piece of herself off...) Gathering the eyes, and then going "kyuu!"

    Flan is being nice enough to warn Aoba that she won't hold back if Aoba gives in. That's practically a declaration of eternal friendship.

    As long as Flan does the same to Admiral, it's fine. And Flan looks good full yandere.

    Tohonifun's Yukari vs Ran book 5. She doesn't go "kyuu" but there's a awesome scene of her ripping out a youkai's spine and using it to manifest Laevateinn before wiping out all his friends with it. Book 6, she repeatedly goes "Kyuu!" against the local immortals.
