This commentary does not translate well at all into English.

    Problems:
    1) She uses "atai" to refer to herself as she always does, which is used by girs who want to cultivate a bad-girl image, and the speaker comes off as uneducated, low-class, and flippant (and that just described Cirno's personality). The connotations of that are just lost in translation altogether, and it isn't helped by the fandom's insistence on translating "atai" as "eye".

    2) She refers to herself here as "Atai-tteba". The -tteba suffix expresses closeness with the person that it's attached to, so she's likely using it to make herself seem more important, as Cirno is wont to do. This too gets lost in translation.

    3) She refers to herself as a "meido-san", the implications of which are important, contradictory, and impossible to translate directly. Many people are likely aware that -san is used as an honorific, but are unaware that it can also be added to other words to make them more polite. In either case, using it to describe yourself is incredibly arrogant, but its use in this case implies that Cirno is trying her best to act the part of a proper maid and just doesn't get it.

    4) "Ne" as a sentence-end particle. Can be used to share the speaker's good feelings with the listener for emphasis, or as a request for confirmation addressed to the listener. Another word that loses meaning in translation.

For the above reasons, I hope nobody minds the artistic liberties I took in my translation.

It's okay to take some liberties with the translation if it means less translator notes and a more natural text.
It's way better than the "Gomenasai, big-bro-san [TN : Gomenasai means "excuse me"]".
