In more general terms it is also useless to do so without linking the parent image (and I know there is one, but problem is finding it).

OK, found the other (two) copies. None of the three are identical as the detail of the vulva is slightly different in each, suggesting they either have been shopped from a censored picture by three different people or the original artist took a few attempts at getting it right.
