    東方ミニ漫画～お友達～

    ツイッターに上げたのが6つ。上げてないのが1つです／6ページ目の「そろそろ家に帰る」ネタを新しく描きました／5ページ目の「ポク、トラえもん」は昔の学年誌に藤子アシスタントが描いたキャラで10円入れると1回だけ頼みを聞いてくれるというミニドラ的なロボットです

    No, you're right, it even says "MOS BURGER" right there on the bag now that I look at it closely enough, but Ran's dialogue is also clearly saying "McDonald's". Perhaps it was used as a general shorthand for "fast foot hamburgers" at the time, similar to how a lot of us now might say Kleenex?
