Look at that smile in the last panel. Miho's trolling her. She's the least evil of the Nishizumi clan... but that doesn't mean she's not evil. :)

Look at that "?" next to her,she noticed Yukari suddenly got depressed and have no idea why.
Nishizumi clan is ruthless (and maybe a bit of an ass),not particularly evil.
