By the end of MGS3 Snake has managed to win in hand-to-hand combat against a guy (Volgin) who can punch through reinforced metals that are immuned to RPG; with skins that are unaffected by even repeated headshots of the highest calibre sniper... and Snake can beat him by just punching (and also survive his metal shattering punches repeatedly to Snake Skulls to boot). By Peace Walker time Snake could survive bench pressing a 500 ton... Peace Walker... and could even benchpress against even the 2 times as big (and probably 4 times as heavy) Cocoon... and still survive Probably a case of gameplay and story segregation trope at play here... but wouldn't be surprise to see him CQC Armstrong to death if he were still alive Anyhow, R.I.P Predator

In the Concrete Jungle game, the Yautja/Predator "Scarface", has his blood sprayed over Isabella and her sickly newborn son, Hunter, after getting shot in the eye. Scarface's blood made them somewhat immortal as they lived for a 100 years. That's until Scarface came back from exile and kills them both for redemption from his superiors after a mistake of exposing himself and leaving his tech and weapons behind.

There was a storyline in the comics involving a samurai/ronin who had lived for four hundred years and up after eating a Yaujta's heart. So yes, it does give you pseudo immortality.
