Honestly I tried going through all the possible Touhou pairs that shares (fanonically speaking) a mother/daughter relationship, but I think Alice and Shinki fits the best since how Alice's dolls would assists her when in the game, also she carries a book, haha! Plus there's also a taste of irony with Shinki being a religious mother (a creator of demon world and all that)
