Given how popular the Kongou-class is, its not surprising for them to appear.

You shouldn't have waited for the official work because Kongou-class is the (one of the) most popular battleships in the game or even IRL, so they will appear no matter what. We just have to know who will voice them or perhaps the staffs might stick with Nao Touyama.

Even if it's obvious because of popularity or anything else, I prefer to have official screen or pic before saying something that I could be wrong.

The anime cast will all be voiced by the same voice actors as the game.
