    RAW available thanks to Makita misaki on e-hentai (see source).
    Early pages are from pages that were already uploaded, and the rest from the source.
    Did some resizing and leveling.
    If you want the original scan without any editing, just get it from the source.

    I didn't uploaded the sketch part because, you see, the quality arts might not meet the standards.
    And didn't upload the back cover because the main 4koma was already uploaded here, so I don't think there's a point to reupload (then again, you can always go to the source).
