I was reaching out to put a hand on my girlfriend's shoulder from behind and she turned so abruptly she ran the side of her head into my fingers, making them curl down info a flat "fist." Broke her glasses and it was essentially like I'd punched her; if it had happened later when her crazy had kicked in she probably could have gotten away with saying I did.

She cheated on me for three years and convinced everyone I somehow gaslit her into doing it so it was my fault. The relationship was over years before that comment.
