    seems like the situation here.

    TL attempt

I tried to TL this with a dictionary apparently. (don't bother, it's full of mistakes anyway. Everything was TL'ed on how I see it.)

(literally bothered by 剣(ken).)
    So... how is Shouhou doing?

By no means, I'm doing well besides... look
Wa!! Already one step closer in such short time.
Within the fleet, you're the first one to receive it.

    Zuihou:
Is this the difference between residency...

Did some research. Seems like Shouhou used to be a submarine carrier named 剣埼(tsurugizaki)

oh yeah... They we're submarine tenders before they've been converted into carriers.

The 3 shipgirls were constructed within the same arsenal, but I couldn't find anything about where they resided. If anyone understands the joke/material please change/comment accordingly

A better translation for 居住性 would be "livability" or "habitability", or how comfortable a place you stay in is. Here it refers to the living conditions for the crew on the respective ships, which is used as an obvious euphemism for you-know-what.

    Notes changed accordingly.

I was the first one to receive this in my fleet.
    Fufu
Tsuru... Shouhou, how have things been going for you? Shouhou was laid down as the submarine tender Tsurugizaki before her conversion into a CVL.
Wow! You are already one step ahead!
    Wow, how wonderful
    Moreover... look at this!
    I am doing quite well.
I wonder if this is due to the differences of the living conditions aboard our ship bodies...
