Technically, she doesn't need to, at least, as a way of getting above level 99, since they already broke through the level cap with GUTS alone. Still, it seems likely Nagato and the others might have some sort of Battle Royale over rights to become Katherine-sensei's wife/husband or something. (On first thought, I'd say that there's no way any of these girls would be the wife, but on second thought, it would be even funnier if they tried to act out being more feminine than Katori.)
Next time keep your ideas to yourself, Katori or there wouldn't have been any misunderstanding...oh who am I kidding, this whole thing wouldn't be funny if she did that
