    Aaaand yes, touch something grounded before touching circuit boards. I'm pretty sure I managed to actually fry something cheap (luckily) back when I was 16 or something and neglected that rule.

    Those wristbands that plug into the ground of the power cord are a wonderful thing, though my chunky wrists tend to always be slightly bigger than designers planned to have fit in them. When one of those isn't around I tend to just keep my left hand resting so as to touch the corner of the case and the case of the power supply at the same time.

    Come on. That girl is obviously a total nerd and knows what she's doing. A Z-series mobo and a decent SSD instead of the cheapest Kingston stuff are a dead giveaway. In any case the bear is keeping an eye on her to prevent any mistakes.
