There are amphibious versions of these, but the tracks are much wider and longer than normal to hold the buoyancy.

Yes. You're right. There are such things as amphibious vehicles. And This is not one of them. This is a backhoe. Used on land for construction, moving dirt and digging holes. Not swimming in the ocean.
