Is she supposed to be Kanno Naoe from Strike Witches? Her ears are kinda of, but it does look like her.
It does look like her, but she has dog ears. At first I thought it was Nishiki since she is only one that comes to mind of having a tan, but her ears and tail are striped. I just assumed its the witch in post #346545 since she also has a tan and that white choker but her tail is white and the serafuku is a different color.
