    What's the policy on tagging partially visible characters like the five across the top here? Do they get tagged or not?

    If so: Starting from the left, the first three are Mutsuki, Fubuki, Yuudachi. The fourth is either Asashio or Asagumo. The fifth is probably Mochizuki.

    If they aren't supposed to be tagged, character request can be removed; everyone else is tagged.
