Hmm, now that you said that it does look a bit like Pani Poni Dash's style I agree. But I never really liked that show, so I'm not sure where this would be from specifically.
From the pose and hairstyle I'd have to guess it's a trace of Himeko. The face and hair are basically the same (sans ahoge), and for whatever reason Himeko gets put in that pose a lot (c.f. post #10192 & post #130897). I can't find the specific image that was traced though.
I dont believe this is a trace. This artist has many other similar poses too. And I'm a huge PPD fan, and theres not a pose like this in the show itself. Dunno about the other official pictures/fanart tho. + the only similarity to Himekos hair is the length and maybe the way its drawn. But again, thats just the artists style.
