Now she looks like a proper Touhou. I'd prefer if she had a raijin-like design such as this one than those snazzy, modern clothes.

It seems the properly dressed taiko drummer Raiko is the interpretation of her pre-Outside World time. For some reason, the artists make her looks a lot more sinister in those.

This is what happens if Raiko took the power of a taiko drummer, instead of a band drummer from the outside world

I know for a fact, that Gaijin Goombah would LOVE this character, if he'd actually give this game a chance.
