    She was already a PC. This particular pic doesn't even have aything related to being playable, like Reisen saying "I'll be playable again" or other stuff.
    I could understand if there were Sanae and/or Sakuya with them (and no Cirno), completing or coming closer to complete the "playable characters in the regular shumps", but like this, this pic doesn't mean anything.
