This pic is missing the appropriate pool buttons.

I keep seeing these around, if someone wants to tell me how to fix it, I'll help around as I find them, unless thats something normal members can't do.

On the left-side menus on images, there's an option that say "Add to pool." Enter part of the pool's name in the resulting text box that opens up when you click on it, select the appropriate pool from the dropdown of results with your mouse, then click "Submit."

To remove an image from a pool, observe the image's id-number in the URL. Go to the pool's main page and select "Edit" from the upper menu options. You'll see a text box called "Posts" with a whole assortment of numbers, which are image ids. Find the id of the image you want to remove, remove it, and click "Update Pool."

Why is it not working? I did those exact steps. Does it take some sort of special privelege, or have to be approved or something? Sorry if I'm being annoying here. ><

It's possible the pool has been closed due to inactivity (I auto-typed "aids" >.<). Which pool are you trying to add it to?

"The morning after" It is SUPPOSED to be there, browsing that pool is how I came to this pic in the first place, and when I got here, there were no buttons.

It was in the pool but the navigation banner wasn't showing up. I manually removed then added the image to the pool and that corrected the issue (on my end).
