I'm kinda tired of every random picture of a pretty girl being ascribed to Kantai. As if it needed a reason almost.
But this girl is Experiment Light Cruiser Yuubari's personification in the game. And the game is full of pretty girls. If you don't like it, you ca block it in your setting.
Then I wouldn't see the pretty girls ! But that's not the point, I don't object to Kantai per se ( although I have some reservations ), just that it swallows so many images that could stand perfectly well on their own. This could just as plausibly be a Canadian schoolgirl, or a Danish maiden.
