2% for boss node and 1.5% for other nodes that have Roma drop.

The real percentage may even lower.

The first check is whether are drop on that run.
the second check is whether you get the BB class type.
the third check is whether it is Roma.

So... when in doubt, throw Sendai in the night?

well, the last day, and almost the last hour. gonna throw everything just for roma. i'm even doubt she's really exist.....(have been running almost 60 run already)
