    OD'ing on caffeine can cause dizziness, hallucinations, and rambling speech* (among a slew of other side effects). Pretty much in-line with what Noyo-chan is experiencing up there.

    (*These effects are only seen at very high doses, or moderately high doses for susceptible [read: psychotic] people.)

    (**DSM-IV lists caffeine intoxication under the caffeine-related disorders subsection. Doses above 250 mg can trigger intoxication, which is a little above 3 cans of red bull.)
