If you want to be pedantic, a spider wouldn't really get "drunk" on coffee, because caffeine is a stimulant while alcohol is a depressant. Caffine's effects amplified would actually be more akin to cocaine.

So the correct phrasing is, a spider get HIGH on coffee. But that's not too relevant except on Oyakado's Rachnee hangover scene.
