    Hmm... Can't translate because of very small writings on the third panel but my guess are they're mourning for the loss of Ikazuchi and the Admiral wanted to put an end to his life (maybe by joining her in the afterlife who knows) until Kirishima brings some shocking new that the Re-class might be Ikazuchi (you can see the picture where they're comparing to find any similar traits in the next sample page).
