Sorry for asking but, how do those count as lion ears? she doesn't have a lion tail, unless her half is mountain lion?

Okay then...I was looking up lions here and mention "lion_ears" in my search I click her and her ears are not lion, so I suggest maybe a different breed of a lion, they do have animal genetics. So thats why I questioned this picture, it's a lovely picture but still.
