The auxiliary ships are already there. Only the destroyers, the submarines and Naka (unless the 2-4-11 flavor has been discovered and added to the tower) are missing.
I can't wait to see how tall the "Tower of Ben & Jerry's" will get and who will crown it (my bet's on "Bukki" even though I'd love to see Inazuma up there in one of her "hawawawa" moments).

I can't translate it, but after it running through Google's translator and sorting through the jarble, I think it might be about the artist having a problem with people uploading the artist's work in other places and requesting the work not be posted anywhere else from now on.
She complained that recently she has been seeing malicious use of her drawings. Because of that she's taking back her policy of "allowing reuploading and translating of her works as long as credit is given". She will also not answer any question about it.

Probably not. If the artist says no more no exceptions, than that means no more, no exceptions.
However, as far as I know, Danbooru's policy is "do not care". I made a forum post asking about this a few years ago regarding Mazeran's works, who I'm sure had made a similar statement about not wanting the reposting of works on other websites. There are probably numerous artists who are the same way.
Basic response I got then was: The artist MUST send an email or some kind of cease and desist to Danbooru or the site does not acknowledge the artist's statements. Only then will the artist's name be stricken from the gallery.
If a mod or admin wants to correct me if I'm wrong, I think that's how it works with these kinds of things.

Mods and users should be respectful of the artist's wishes and police uploads based on the artist's individual rights to distribution if this website wants to stay out of trouble. Many artists can get seriously offended by this kind of stuff. But, that's how it goes. Again, correct me if I'm wrong; I'm not too up to date on these things.

Seems like the right thing to do imho, respecting the artist's wishes with or without the letter. Aside from basic decency, ignoring her/his request would only harden his/her stance on the no-more-uploading issue.

Thats idiotic and immature.
You're putting the burden on countless users to follow the wishes of the creator. Danbooru's moderators are not going to monitor each and every artist's twitter account just in case the artist decides to implement a do-not-repost policy. Thats impractical, unrealistic and open to fraud.

True. Its a two edged sword scenario.
Ultimately, it's danbooru' decision to operate this way, so it's nothing worth getting fired up about. Kind of out of the user's hands. Personally, I don't like playing deaf, but i don't want to start a fight others either.
My only real worry is if someone opens up a legal issue and the site is held up for damages or infringement, but that's not likely to happen with most people.

Note that I said, "on my part". What I want to do has nothing to do with what others may decide for themselves. If someone else thinks my reasoning is ridiculous and continues with business as usual, I'm not going to go around and pester him/her like those silly people who make a big fuss over 2D women in bikini armor =3
