Trying to figure out why Mei-Ling is crying, and the only one I can come up with is that she can never impregnate Sakuya and they will never have a child. But then I remembered that Aoshima comic where Eirin explained that even though medicinal science cannot explain it, woman can get each other pregnant in Gensokyo. So I have no idea why Mei-Ling is crying, but it makes me sad ;(

Likely because Sakuya will age and die long before Meiling.

I think its more like Meiling being a youkai is physically much stronger then Sakuya and when they had sex, she went over board and hurt her. Thus Meiling is sad cause she hurt Sakuya.
