I happened to see a cute Midnight Bliss Moko-tan in a certain place and decided to make this stuff.
The M.U.G.E.N character was created by Isu_(ichiya_shindenzukuri).

The cut of the dress and the brown trim-scarf-thing make me think of Shinki, but the hair is wrong for that.
