She's got torpedoes strapped on her hip and arm, and her uniform is dark green. That's her Kai mode...

I know that but i wonder why she was already in her Kai mode when she was found?

I was thinking he'd get Ooi next but she doesn't drop in World 1 at all.

Construction. I did some Ooi through the basic all 30 recipe, I think. I just remember seeing lots of Yuubari, not much about Ooi though.

Going to tag error here; the next strip shows Kitakami in her base Light Cruiser outfit instead of her Torpedo Cruiser one in this strip.

Yup, the artist saw this mistake and made a revision that I've just uploaded.

Ah well. Having her drop in Kai form would have explained why she looked powerful to him, beyond him being a newbie who didn't know better.
