Uuh... I still can't get used to the taste of the guts. First time trying it, I nearly threw up.

And I don't think I'll ever get used to it.

I don't know about guts, but the liver was my favourite part of the fish when I was a kid.

I really want to pat Seaport-hime on the head now, given how adorable she's being. Hoppo gets a head pat for being a good girl.

Liver has to be well cooked but I love chicken liver. Particularly when it is lightly seared with onions.
