Am I missing something here, or are the shoulders + head completely detached from the torso?
It looks so off to me, that I start thinking that there is probably a trick somewhere.

Her back is arched so more likely because of perspective her head seems farther back from her shoulders. Still her head should be slightly more angled to better represent that.
