This honestly makes genius sense. Since only shitty admirals would risk sinking their level 99 waifus, so technically, you are causing the Admirals to foreit the battle everytime they go back.

It's a basic text book offensive. Deal major damage to there forces and have the shipgirls admirals expend there resources on repairing them. A tactical siege if you would call it.
