YOu got it wrong. It's what Sazanami calls the players or admirals in game settings.

I approve of this translation so hard. For some reason I really like the idea of Suzuya using a really informal way of speaking. Like a highschooler, which I guess is how she is already portrayed, but it doesn't always come out in the translation. Good job Parasite, and of course, all the others who also contributed.
