I'm a little unsure about this image. The artist makes a lot of images that intentionally imitate jpeg artifacts as well as using dissolve grain, blur and discoloration, but of the entire image set posted with this girl, this one looks kind of overboard. I'm not sure what to make of it since I'm pretty sure this was the intended appearance, but I don't know if the artist's creative intent will come off that way.
