Akagi, I think. Pretty sure I read somewhere it was Akagi's design for their carrier.

Notice that the bridge tower isn't centered like the Akagi's, nor is the deck the same length or shape. Neither is the deck as raised above the bow like on Akagi.

Note the position of the bridge tower and the way the deck ends before the bow of the vessel... which Akagi didn't have.

So, TL;DR - it's not Akagi. The designers of GuP decided to use Zuikaku (with her more modern design), which may be why she's bragging here. That, or she's stirring up trouble like always to get Kaga's attention.

Eugen's greatest contribution during WWII involved almost single handled defeating Soviet tank divisions. She'd fire until her ammo was spent and her gun barrels were smoothed, turning the Reds back twice. I'd kind of like to see that referenced sometime.
