"The ability to make a situation the reverse of what one says" is really difficult to understand...
So once Sagume speaks about something that's happening and its concerned parties, the fate that they had begun to progress towards then reverses and flows towards the opposite fate? If so, that'd be nice, I guess. The conditions required to invoke her ability are also complicated, so it seems like she'd have a tough time telling jokes. Nevertheless, I think it's an extremely powerful ability...
For some reason her color scheme reminds me of Ilya from Fate.
