Left side is too long, right side is too short. For lolis, the skirt should be just above the knees.

The O would be okay if the sleeves are short. Otherwise, not sticking with a theme kills the outfit.

Make the skirt length somewhere in between, with a centimeter advantage to O.

I go with "X", the kawaii factor= 9/10

the "O" sacrifices kawaii-ness for the fanservice, but hardly worth it, IMHO
