Since the base-type Himes like Seaport are gigantic in this setting (I think I remember Airfield's face being as big as the Admiral's entire body), the Admiral is INSIDE Seaport right now, and loli Seaport is actually a maintenance fairy who lives inside regular Seaport. Hence we see normal giant Seaport writhing around on her own now, and the Admiral with loli Seaport.
