...novice translation, but I'm confident of the main post's translation, and I think the commentary is accurate.

If I'm right, though, the implications are... rather unfortunate when taken together with her carrying the bucket.

EDIT: that was the other thing I thought it could have meant. The bucket must be a red herring then.
