Well, it is tag what you see and not tag pictures how other pictures are tagged. And for my color perception, her right eye looks green.
Using an eyedropper on such a small area is kind of a bad idea for getting the original color. It's extremely easy for the underlying lineart to modulate the color layer, especially if it wasn't converted to greyscale first. Heck, even a bit of stray yellow from the hair would do that.
