The third panel is definitively a parody of Inazuma Eleven because of how the attack name is displayed like in #post 1916685 but I don't know from what it based of (though it does remind me of something).
But I wonder if it's also a parody of Kamen Rider because of the jumping and Double Kick (and the "TOH!" when she jumped too).

Judging from Yuureidoushi's reaction to the comments in pixiv, it was indeed meant to parody Inazuma Eleven.

To answer your question, the anime had already finished. The last season is called "Inazuma eleven go galaxy". The team play soccer in space.
But man, I love Inazuma eleven. Nice to see a parody of it after so long.
