Like everyone else, I voted for Reimu. But he could probably do good business bringing rain to places. Assuming it worked reliably.

There's a difference between exorcism and extermination. Exorcism means separating a Youkai from a host and if they were the same number 5 would mean Reimu stalking the ex-host and leaving the Youkai alone after removing it, which would be highly out of character.
