Touko, I could understand. Mei, on the other hand, has less exposed areas (though the leggings are quite alluring, gotta admit).

I don't remember Erika being affectionate for Ash. First time they met, she threw him out of the gym. She then became grateful for him saving her Gloom from the burning gym and gave him his badge. But i don't seem to recall her being attracted to him.

To be fair, Misty is less clothed than Touko, so there was no reason to not use her or Mei.
