So far the father seems to be unnamed. Just seen him referred to as 西住父 (Papa Nishizumi / Father Nishizumi) and 西住家の父 (Nishizumi Family's Father) by fans on twitter since he wasn't named. He hasn't even made it to Pixiv yet.
So not sure where the threshold lay for creating a tag when no official name has been given and the character is so recent. Think we waited a month or two for Ritaiko's fan name to get formalized by Pixiv and Twitter before making her tag if I remember right. Same with the three judges. Although they eventually received official names and tags were updated.
I wonder if Mr. Nishizumi also taught the both then-kiddos on how to maintain the hell out of their vehicles from operating the crane to yank out the turret out of the tank's turret ring to the more intensive bits like how to check if the barrel is beaded as accurately as it can.
Though he's probably OP to the point Shiho was his woman.

Hard to believe there is someone out there strong enough to tame and claim Shiho. Or maybe he was her prey?
To be fair, he DOES look like a mechanic after all so his its likely he also fields a tank apart from knowing where the soft bits go. Not surprised if during a tank battle he managed to disable Shiho with a well placed shot.
